Showcasing the Hunter’s Entrepreneurial Success Stories (SOLD OUT)
About
It is no secret that the Hunter region has been the birthplace of many incredible businesses, and we want to showcase some of those with our community!
Gen Collective invites you to join us for breakfast on Wednesday 10th April to hear from three of our region’s most successful entrepreneurs.
Our panel of speakers include:
- Rianna Bingham - Wildflower Espresso
- Bronte Williamson - Nourished not Deprived
- Adrian De Boucherville - After Dark Design
During our event we will ask our speakers to share the highs and lows of their entrepreneurial journey, and get some insights into what is next for them. Whether you are running your own business, or working with a business we are sure there is something for everyone to learn from Rianna, Bronte and Adrian’s experience.
This event is proudly sponsored by Mint Business Centre.
Our event will be held at the gorgeous Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club, in Wickham. Breakfast will be provided for all guests, including a tea/coffee/juice station. There will be a barista available should you wish to purchase a coffee, or you can BYO in your favourite keep cup!
We look forward to seeing you there!
About our Speakers
Wildflower is a cafe and creative retail space located in Wallsend. Fuelled by coffee and a passion for people, Wildflower Espresso Director Rianna Bingham has created a much-loved space in Wallsend where strangers are welcomed as friends. Combining 15 years of hospitality experience with a desire to build, cultivate and revive community, Rianna has created a people-focused culture centred on serving kindness. Keen to challenge traditional business models, Rianna and her Husband Jack have found joy in building a business strategy based on dreaming, ambition and breaking the mould. They will tell you that while technically in the coffee business, they see themselves more in the people industry. Streamlined business practice, creative marketing strategies and an unwavering belief in the power of community and kindness are the cornerstones of Wildflower. For the past five years, Rianna and Jack have been using these tools to scale, grow and develop the business into a recognised brand locally and through unique online engagement, across the country.
Nourished Not Deprived emerged from humble beginnings in Bronte’s parents’ garage, fuelled by little more than a laptop, a grand vision, and a very poor attempt at a Squarespace website.Nourished Not Deprived is a team of Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists, accessible from anywhere in Australia. Their mission here is to rewrite the narrative on what a medical appointment looks like and feels like; having their patients leaving feeling heard, validated and supported. Nourished is much more than an appointment with a health professional. You truly join a team here who cares about you and will go above and beyond to make sure you are supported in the way that YOU need.
