Monash Women's Business Network lunch
Achieving productivity in risky times with Dr Catherine de Fontenay
Businesses are facing significant risk: risk of inflation in key inputs and wages, risk of continued high interest rates, risk of a downturn in the economy. Businesses grappling with these risks may choose to postpone or cancel investment plans, even though investments in new equipment and new technologies are one of the main ways to boost productivity.
What alternative approaches do businesses have to boosting their productivity? Join us to hear from Dr Catherine de Fontenay from the Productivity Commission, as she explores how businesses can use new approaches to borrowing, hiring, and networking to boost innovation and productivity in risky times.
