INFANT Program by Whitehorse Maternal Child Health
About
Whitehorse Maternal and Child Health Service runs INFANT Program to provide new parents with essential skills and information about healthyeating and active play for their babies.
INFANT is an evidence-based initiative led by our local MCH Nurses.
Here we offer Interactive Sessions in 4 age groups:
· 3 months (2-4months).
· 6 months (5-7 months).
· 9 months (8-10 months).
· 12 months (11-13months).
Sessions covers topic such as:
• Feeding, Solid introduction, Health Eating, Food refusal and Fussy eating.
• Strategies and ideas on how to play with your baby.
• The role that parent wellbeing plays in your baby’s life.
• Experiences, strategies and tips from other parents
Cost:
• Free.
• No out-of-pocket cost involved.

Mums, Dads and Caregivers
