We are all energy and we all have a bioenergetic field. This field can become disrupted by stress, environmental pollutants, radiation and more. We can bring the seven parts of this field back into harmony again through kundalini bioenergetic breathwork which will bring our chakras and auric field back in balance and harmony. This 7-week term will provide an introduction to kundalini bioenergetic breathwork and work through each chakra per week. The intended result is for you to walk away feeling more in balance and have a practice that you can bring to your daily routine.Location
