Community Art ProjectOur community has joined forces to run a number of art workshops in Murchison. Bringing together people with an interest in visual arts, participants will explore aspects of one’s personal past and our local history. Local Goulburn Valley artists, Philip Hickingbotham, Kerry Handwerk and Judith Roberts will explore with participants, skills in acrylic landscape painting, gouache still-life painting, book-making and textiles/mixed media.
Four workshops: two painting sessions and two textile/mixed media sessions will run on Saturdays in May.

May 11 Still Life Painting
May 18 Make an Artist Book
May 25 Textile/Mixed Media
No experience required but a willingness to have fun and learn from skilled artists, is essential.
