Ochre is a natural clay earth pigment, a mixture of ferric oxide and varying amounts of clay and sand. It ranges in colour from white, yellow to deep orange or brown. Ochre is of great cultural significance to the Kaurna people.
Workshop participants will use watercolours that represent ochre to ensure cultural protocols are respected.
This workshop is for all ages but is most suited to 5 and over.
Parents are required to stay during the workshop
