Our webinar – Success Strategies for Small Practices – was born as a request of small practices asking for greater education, specifically relating to concerns they faced when performing their professional services. In this focused webinar, informed by Planned Cover’s Senior Risk Manager – Felicity Dixon and Focus Underwriting’s Claims Manager – Karen Wong, will share their insights into the common claims made against small practices, and the issues for consideration in order to reduce the instances of claims. The webinar will delve into issues around which terms to use, scopes and partial services, resourcing, managing clients’ expectations, and practical risk management strategies to protect your practice, particularly when difficulties arise with the project.
