Lancefield Town Centre Activation Plan Workshop
About
This phase of the Macedon Ranges Thriving Villages project will take the “big picture” Regional Vision and work with Lancefield community members to develop a plan to activate Lancefield's town centre ("Romsey Town Centre Activation Plan"). This plan will be highly achievable (predominantly in the short and medium term), action focused and will identify Lancefield's unique selling points and town vision. The plan will provide quick wins and big moves to reinvigorate, revitalise and support a thriving Lancefield and its community. Village Well (www.villagewell.org) will conduct the workshop.Please note: This project is about using the power of individuals, groups and organisations to jointly deliver action. It is not about forming new organisations and committees (we have enough of these already), nor placing heavy demands on participant’s time.
