Beit e'Shai is excited to host this important event on Land, Biodiversity & the Colony, discussing parallels of settler-colonial projects occupying Palestine & Aboriginal Nations in the continent known as Australia.Speakers include:
- Professor Mazin Qumsiyeh: Palestinian scientist & author, founding director of the Palestine Museum of Natural History & Palestine Institute for Biodiversity & Sustainability
- Zena Cumpston: Barkandji writer, artist, curator & researcher, publishing on plants & Country
- Tristen Harwood (Ngalakgan): writer, critic & editor, publishing on art & architecture
- Rasha Tayeh: Palestinian nutritionist, herbalist, artist, researcher & founder of Beit e'Shai
