Got a great idea but not sure how to get it off the ground? Join us for our FREE Project Planning and Design workshop!This workshop is for individuals and community groups who are planning a project. It will also provide support for grant applicants in establishing a firm foundation for their grant proposals.
This interactive workshop will include simple tools and principles to help participants define a project, including its scope and desired outcomes in preparation for the approaching Banyule Arts & Culture, Environment and Community Grant Rounds opening Monday 22 April.
This two hour session will equip you will all of the skills required to:
• Shifting from an idea to a project
• Understanding the project life cycle
• Working through the ‘Project Planning Tool’
• Understanding what resources you have and need
• Tips and tricks for managing your project
Please arrive at 5:45pm for finger food and tea/ coffee before the workshop at 6pm.
