During our pizza masterclass, you’ll delve into one of the world’s most beloved dishes and learn how to craft the perfect pizza.Led by Giovanni, 1934 Trattoria’s head pizza chef and experienced baker, you’ll be guided through the pizza-making process, from making and kneading the dough and choosing toppings that complement each other, to cooking your pizza to perfection.
Sip on a complimentary glass of Prosecco as you go and indulge in your delicious pizza at the end of the class.
You will be supplied with an apron and all relevant equipment needed on the day. Enclosed shoes required.
