About
Junior Animal Ambassador (8-11 years)This program is perfect for the junior animal ambassador. There are 3 separate sessions to choose from over 3 days.
Please note that not all activities involve animals. RSPCA's shelter animals are carefully selected for their suitability for education programs and are given the choice and control throughout all interactions with visitors.
Program highlights:
* tour of the Darwin adoption facilities
* learn about dog behaviour, needs and reward-based training
* learn about responsible pet ownership
* create enrichment activities for the dogs and cats at RSPCA NT
What to bring:
* drink bottle
* morning tea/snack
* hat
* closed in shoes
Please note:
* Please provide a refillable water bottle for the session, and morning tea. Any food or drink brought from home can be refrigerated if necessary.
