Experience a sumptuous winter feast curated by Hubert and Dan, featuring Tasmanian produce and wintry flavours. All perfectly paired with Westella Sparklings and Pinot Noirs, alongside two special selections from our personal cellar. It will be an unforgettable gastronomic experience in the glow of candlelight, on the longest night of the year.
