“A Night on the Tiles” by Australian playwright Suzanne Hawley, takes place in the bathroom of Jess’ 40th and 41st birthday parties, each party getting its own act.Throughout the night we see the characters at Jess’ party enter and leave the bathroom and we learn about each character and their storylines, each character is unique and they are all equally hilarious with some amazing dialogue and interactions with each other. With breaks for the characters to talk to the audience we get a deep insight into their minds and some really comedic moments as they break out of their conversations with other characters to address the audience.
The bathroom of a party is always chaotic and this is no exception. You won’t want to miss this!
