Westbourne Career Discovery Evening 2024 

Westbourne Grammar School invites you to attend the Careers Discovery Evening for current Year 10 and 11 students and their parents. The evening aims to provide students with informative, practical and valuable career insights. The speakers on the night have been specifically chosen from our 8,000 strong Alumni to share their journeys and experiences in their respective professions thus far. This event will be an exclusive opportunity for current Westbourne students to engage with Alumni and to see where a Westbourne education can lead them.

Sessions

The individual career ‘sessions’ will be held in the Horsburgh Centre. Your student will have the opportunity to attend three sessions over the course of the evening.

There will be a wide range of sessions available on the evening, including:

• Allied Health / Medicine
• Business, Finance & Marketing
• Design
• Engineering
• Teaching
• Finance and Accounting
• Law
• Media & Communications
• Sport
• Defence, Aviation & Emergency Services
• Start-up & Entrepreneur

Bookings and Session Selection
During the booking process, you will have the opportunity to choose three different sessions over the course of the evening.  After each selection you will see a link to book more tickets.  This will return you to the main selection menu.  Please Ensure you select only one from each session time. 

Please register your attendance to each respective session: 

Session 1: 7:05-7:35pm

Session 2: 7:35-8:05pm

Session 3: 8:05-8:35pm

All guests attending are requested to register their details - including student and parents.
