The Wandering Camp Out Weekend committee is proud to deliver the 2025 Regional Club Development Conference. This conference is designed to help clubs and not-for-profits to become more sustainable and resilient and provide an opportunity to collaborate and connect.The day will include a range of guest speakers and specially selected keynote speakers to cover various topics to support club development:
* Club management - inc board and committee development
* Attracting & Maintaining members
* Event management and marketing
* Overcoming challenges
* HR management including volunteers
* Club venue management
* Financial sustainability
* Club Planning
* Leadership
* Working with others
* Importance and relevance within the community
The day will finish with a Networking Sundowner complete with refreshments and Flavours From The Region themed canapes.
