City Archives Tour (SOLD OUT)
About
This month for Wednesdays @ 1, we're going on an excursion to the City Archives! Join us for an in-person tour of this fascinating collection. As numbers are limited, we will be offering the tour twice, on Wednesday 5 June and Wednesday 12 June, at 1pm.
Adelaide is a city that is rich in heritage. Fortunately, much of the documentary heritage of the city is preserved in its Archives.
Managed by the City of Adelaide, the City Archives exist in a wide variety of physical formats: volumes, files, documents, photographs, maps, plans, microfilms, computer printouts, tapes and CDs. Much of it is searchable and accessible to the public.
Please note, this event is in-person only, and numbers are strictly limited. The two sessions will be running the same content, so please only book in for one session.
Registrations close on the day of the tour at 9:00 am.
