About
This online succession planning workshop will help volunteer committees to build a strong leadership pipeline and create a culture of succession planning, that supports their community groups long term success.The workshop will cover the following elements:
- Barriers to Succession:
By first shining a light on the most common barriers holding us back, we can understand where the pockets of resistance are and begin to move our committees forward.
- Creating a culture of succession:
By implementing some key principals and practical tools, we can make succession a part of our everyday culture and just a natural flow of the organisation rather than something that sits on the to do list and never gets actioned.
- Useful Tools:
A selection of recommended free tools and resources that support groups by making things easier to track where they are, capture organisational knowledge and recruit volunteers in a planned and systematic approach.
