Come meet some of our adorable rescue puppies looking for forever homes, and fit in a fantastic workout while cuddling puppies and supporting rescue dogs!

Each pilates/yoga fusion session runs for 1 hour guided by a fully qualified instructor from @organic.movements, with ability to cuddle puppies throughout and after.

All funds raised goes directly to supporting our puppies in care. Please bring a mat or towel, and a water bottle; and your enthusiasm to cuddle lots of puppies!
