Shipping Steel formed in Adelaide in 2021 to pay tribute to the songs written and performed by Cold Chisel. One of Australia's best-loved bands Cold Chisel fuse a combination of rockabilly, hard rock and rough-house soul'n'blues that is defiantly Australian in outlook. Shipping Steel spare no effort to achieve that outlook. Shipping Steel perform hit songs from some of the studio albums that reached the Australian top five including Breakfast at Sweethearts (February 1979), East (June 1980), Circus Animals (March 1982, No. 1), Twentieth Century (April 1984, No. 1), The Last Wave of Summer (October 1998). The Rising Sun Hotel stole our heart away tour is one not to be missed.Date
