Join us for an intimate evening of everything sake and wine with Municipal Founder, Sake Brewer and Wine Maker Matt Froude.Matt is Australia's only specialist Sake Brewer and Wine Maker!
Enjoy a guided journey through a selection of his sake and wine range whilst learning about the processes behind each unique product.
For those just starting their sake or wine journey to those wanting to learn more about the intricate details, this night is for everyone!
Over two hours, we will explore seven sakes and wines, covering skin contact, wild fermentation and low intervention options.
Light snacks will be provided. Please email us with any dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to the event.
After the event you are welcome to stay for a drink or take home some bottles of your favourites at a discounted rate.
