A guided process with a written task and meditation activation bringing warmth, heart based living and peace in.
Please bring along:
- Journal/ notebook
- Blanket/cushion/yoga mat
- Clarity about what you want to release
- All of who you are with reverence to yourself for showing up exactly as you are.
And wear warm comfy and cosy clothes.
$22 Adult / $11 Concession
