Come and join Gianni Boragine in these fantastic drumming workshops. Gianni is a local drummer (Guildford) and Djembe Teacher with many years of experience teaching drums and playing African percussion. He will share with you all his passion for drumming and will bring your hands, mind and body into great rhythms to enjoy, learn having fun and improve your skills as a drummer! Age 15+ years oldClasses:
>>10 AM #OPEN/BEGINNER class (45 min to 1 hour). This will be an open nice and easy beginner class (depends what’s the level of nice and easy you expect) We will explore some basic rhythms on the drum, and we will put together a nice ensemble of different parts.
>>11:30 AM #INTERMEDIATE class (1 hour): for those with some experience in Africa rhythms looking to improve their drumming skills and to learn new rhythms. These will be a more challenging class aiming to bring you out of your comfort zone and create new connections in your brain!
