About
We will offer a free workshop for mindfulness in Greek. Participants will have the option to choose between several activities. The activities will be:
Practice intentional breathing by focusing on the breath and how it feels in the body.
Create mandalas by drawing or colouring circular patterns that represent the self and the environment.
Engage and explore the senses and by playing with sensory materials.
Practice yoga.
Guided meditations, games, and stories in Greek.
