3:00pm - Conversation with Michelle McNamara, audience participation welcome.
Michelle (she/they) is a member of Banyule’s LGBTIQA+ Committee and one of ten LGBTI+ elders featured in the documentary. They are an out and proud transgender woman, a scientist, an activist, a practising Buddhist and delighted to be a grandma this year.
Golden Rainbow is an initiative of Banyule’s LGBTIQA+ Population Committee, connecting LGBTI+ elders, in partnership with Council and Banyule Community Health. We thank Greenhills Neighbourhood House for hosting this event.
This is a FREE alcohol-free event. Bookings essential. Note: this event will be held subject to minimum 15 bookings.
