Our reflexology treatments are ideal for helping your mind and body cope with difficult states such as stress, anxiety and depression. our treatments have health benefits in the form of improving circulation, aiding lymphatic drainage, easing back and headaches, sinus issues, hay fever and IBS. Come try a treatment of 45 minutes and let us know how it helps you. All practioners are students fully supervised by a tutor at a ratio of 1 tutor per four students.ASRR Reflexology, believes in a holistic approach to a better life.
