What’s a community? What’s art? Who’s an artist?Join Project Kultura in a conversation with Bong Ramilo of Darwin Community Arts (DCA) and Asian Music for Peoples’ Peace and Progress (aMP3). If you want to know more about the possible successes and failures in community arts, as well as learn about non-hierarchical strategies to strengthen arts organisations and collectives, then this forum is for you.
Bong will provide a brief history of community arts, talk about its current state and possible futures in Australia, and explore possible pathways for the success of communities. The topics include:
