About
Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a full body oil Hawaiian-style healing massage, facilitating healing, nurturing and restoration on many levels. This massage includes the whole back and front of the body (excluding genitals), supporting the body with a specific sequence of rhythmic and meditative strokes. This massage style uses the hands, meditative breathwork and focused intent.This massage course is a 3 day in person training, with supplemental zoom calls and a Whatsapp group support. You can choose to simply experience the 3 days of training in which you will learn a full 90 minute Lomi Lomi sequence, or extend your learning to gain the Practitioner level certificate. This training is suitable for all levels of massage experience, with no prior massage experience necessary.
