Tickets 

Tickets are $125 per ticket and can be purchased via Trybooking.

Trybooking Tickets will close on Wednesday, 18th of September 2024.

• Limit of Three (3) tickets per student, which includes the student and parents/guardians.

• A ticket will be required to be purchased for the graduating student.

• If students would like to use their 2 allocated tickets for parents and guardians to invite an alternate adult family member, this must be approved by Sebastian Barr (Y12 Learning Leader) BAR@elwood.vic.edu.au or Grace Roberts (Acting VCE Director) RBT@elwood.vic.edu.au, in writing, prior to purchasing a ticket. 

Or alternatively, 

• If you require an extra ticket for an additional parent or guardian to attend, this must also be approved by Sebastian Barr or Grace Roberts, in writing prior to purchasing a ticket.

Unapproved tickets purchased will be immediately cancelled, Refunds may not be provided.

Table Arrangements 

1.        If you wish to sit with other students / families:

• Choose 2 other students/ families you may wish to sit with.

Bear in mind that they will bring an additional maximum of 2 guests each. Total of 9. (Tables can cater for up to 12 so you may be able to include an additional student plus their 2 guests (maximum).

• Nominate one of the graduating students to be the table captain

• On Trybooking ensure you select “ I have a table preference”

• Enter your nominated graduating student table captains’ full name 

2.        If you do not have a table preference, then select “No table preference”

Dietary Requirements

Please complete any food dietary requirements ie. allergies / intolerances

Beverages

A cash bar will be available for purchasing soft drinks and alcoholic beverages * all attendees must provide a legal proof of age ID. 

Out of respect for the students graduating and to uphold the integrity of the event, the bar will be closed during speeches and other various event formalities. 

Drinks will be available to be purchased once doors are open and in between event formalities.

Please be patient with bar staff when purchasing drinks. 

Whilst alcohol will be available to be purchased by attendees of legal drinking age, due to the many of the attendees being under legal drinking age, the venue is legally responsible for upholding the responsible serving of alcohol protocol. Bar staff have the right to refuse service at any stage. They will also refuse service if they believe alcohol is being purchased on behalf of underage guests, or identify any anti-social behavior.

• Exclusive use of the Level 2 Promenade venue and facilities at Caulfield Racecourse

• Three- course meal (Entree, Main, Dessert)

• DJ and dance floor 

• Professional photographer to capture candid moments of the celebration

• Celebratory speeches,awards and gifts for graduating students 

Dress code

We encourage formal attire for both students and families attending.This will help create an elegant and celebratory ambience for the evening. 

Photography

A professional photographer will be capturing candid moments throughout the celebration. These photographs will be made available for families free of charge via Compass after the event. Some of these photos may be shared on Elwood College social media platforms, if you do not wish to have your image published please email events@elwood.vic.edu.au. 

Refunds

Please be aware the College is financially and contractually obligated to meet a minimum number of attendees. Due to this, any requests for refunds once ticket bookings are closed will be considered on an individual basis. When tickets are available to purchase on Trybooking, please consider carefully before purchasing.
