Please bring some water to keep on hand (herbal teas and snacks provided, you are welcome to bring your own lunch)
A yoga mat/+ pillow/blanket/socks
Wear layered, comfortable/loose fitting clothing for comfort
Bring a journal and pen
You are welcome to bring a small personal item to place in the circle for charging and taking the energy of the event into your life for the coming season.
You will be asked to sign a brief consent form on arrival and we would love a little feedback on conclusion of the afternoon.
