Learn the basic fundamentals that all basketballers will need in order to play at any level in the future.
Intermediate - $70 each
11. 30pm - 12.30pm
Designed for basketballers who understand the game a little or can learn a little faster.
This session will progress faster than normal. Your ability to bounce and control 2 basketballs, understand simple footwork and have simple shot discipline (holding your follow through, shot consistency).
Advanced - $100
1.00pm to 2.30pm
Designed for players that have played before domestic/rep level.
This session will require you to understand all of the counterattack moves, footwork, shooting and ball handling and be able to perform these skills at a good level. Introduce contact, high intensity work rates and communication.
