Learn how to set up an indigo vat, then explore creating a variety of resist patterns on paper using folding and stitching. When you have decided which patterns you like best, choose one to apply to your silk scarf before dyeing it in the indigo vat. Take your silk scarf home as a present for someone – or maybe as a present for yourself.No experience necessary. Bring a pair of rubber gloves and a plastic bag.
