Join us for an intimate concert with Tenzin Choegyal, one of the world’s finest Tibetan musicians in the Tibetan tradition.Tenzin is a master of traditional Tibetan instruments the lingbu (bamboo flute) and dranyen (3-stringed lute), but is best known for his extraordinary vocal ability.
In a performance which transcends cultural boundaries, Tenzin brings the essence of Tibetan tradition into a very contemporary setting through his songs, anecdotes and warm explanations.
His unique style embraces meditative mantras, joyful folk tunes and spoken word, infused with the essence of Tibetan wisdom and a sound as expansive as the ocean and majestic as the Himalayas.
Tenzin’s obvious joyfulness is infectious and his message is uplifting.
