Chewton Archers Come and Try Session (Level 1) are perfect for anybody wanting to try archery for the first time or reconnect with archery after an extended break. Each session runs for 2 hours, with all equipment supplied. Instruction is provided by an Archery Australia accredited coach and your participation is covered by Archery Australia’s insurance. Sessions are limited to 8 participants, and all participants must be aged 8 and over.

No experience necessary! There are NO prerequisites for the Level 1 sessions.

Complete three Come and Try sessions (Level 1, 2 and 3) and you are eligible to apply for club membership or to participate in shoots at the Club on Sunday as a temporary member for a maximum of 4 occasions in a year (small additional charge applies).

We ask that you arrive at least 15 mins prior to the start time.  Sessions will go ahead regardless of wet weather as we are able to shoot in the indoor range.

For safety reasons we ask that all participants wear enclosed shoes and no loose fitting clothing.  Please bring a hat in the warmer weather.
