Due to insufficient snow coverage at the Windy Corner Togboggan Slope, it is now CLOSED for use.

Due to this closure, tobogganing is not available at Falls Creek Resort, as it is only permitted at the Windy Corner Toboggan Park. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

About

The Windy Corner Toboggan Slope opens when the snow conditions allow. 

The magic carpet lift with operate Thursday to Sunday and every day of the Victorian and NSW school holidays (subject to snow and weather conditions).

Thursday to Sunday and during school holidays guests must book and pay for a session time to access the toboggan slope between 10am-4pm.

Each 50-minute session costs $10 per person. This does not include toboggan hire.

Adults must accompany children 3 years old and under or if they are under 135cm in height.

Important Details:

• Ensure you book a session with adequate time to get to arrive at the toboggan slope.
• We advise you to book in advance during peaks times such as weekends and school holidays to avoid missing out.
• You can hire toboggans on the mountain or bring your own.
• Moulded plastic ‘sit in’ toboggans only, no longer that 2.5m or with pointed ends.
• Please note that tobogganing is not permitted anywhere in the resort except for Windy Corner Toboggan Slope.
• Refunds will only be offered to guests that have booked a session if the toboggan slope is closed due to poor weather conditions, lack of snow or other operational issues.
• Spectators will not be allowed on the toboggan slope or within the fencing of the toboggan slope.
