The synergy between owners Xavier Bizot and Lucy Croser has translated into the production of world-class wines across these two exceptional brands. Terre à Terre and DAOSA were created in 2008, both vinified with the best French and Australian wine practices.
The Crayères vineyard is a jewel in the crown of the Wrattonbully GI, showcasing a terrior of ancient limestone soils. This intimate dinner will be a celebration of 20 years of the Crayères vineyard, with Lucy Croser and Xavier Bizot in attendance to talk us through the philosophy of both labels, a selection of current and back vintage wines across the Crayères range matched with a 5-course menu designed by our head chef Peter Sheldon.
