This is the payment page for Boroondara City Council's immunisation catch up service. This service is available for people living or studying in Boroondara area.This service fee includes:
- reporting of overseas immunisation records onto the Australian Immunisation Register
- provision of immunisation history statement
- recommendation on catch up schedule
People who have health care cards, refugees or asylum seekers can choose the free ticket.
