It’s time to get some much-needed self-care and time to reconnect with your body and heart. Release the negativity and work towards getting in touch with your feelings by releasing blocked energy.Come and share in a supportive circle and drink ceremonial grade cacao in this beautiful ritual, which has been around for centuries. This is a beautiful space at Harmony Hall (behind Café Mojo Mundaring) in Perth Hills, come and explore the power of cacao together.
Session runs from 3.30pm – 5.00pm, please do not eat a heavy meal prior to attending, just something light to line the stomach.
Starting with a circle and intentions setting, connecting with your thoughts and emotions. Drink your cup of ceremonial grade cacao and be guided in a meditation and some beautiful sound instruments on your journey. closing with integration time, journaling, or sharing (optional) at the end or quiet contemplation.
