The Larrakia Cultural Centre Public Art Information Sessions are a great opportunity for interested Larrakia storytellers to learn more about how you can be involved in showcasing Larrakia culture and creativity through public art, meet the people behind the Larrakia Cultural Centre, learn more about what to expect from the design workshops, or get help with applying to participate in the design workshops.The information sessions will take place at the Travers St Theatre at Darwin Community Arts (DCA), 2-3, 1 Travers Street, Coconut Grove, on Thursday 15 August 2024.
At the information sessions, the project team will give an overview of public art, the opportunities to showcase Larrakia culture, and the design workshops. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions and get support in applying to participate in the workshops.
