Senses WA Inclusive Classrooms
ECU’s School of Education has partnered with SensesWA to offer an exciting Professional Learning program on Inclusive Classrooms: How to reach students with dual and single sensory loss to all ECU Pre-service Teachers.
SensesWA’s Deafblind Senior Educator Hannah McPierzie provides practical strategies that can lead to more inclusive learning environments. As a former education support teacher, Hannah has firsthand knowledge of the needs of teachers and students. As a person with a disability, she also has lived experience in this area.
