In this Introduction to Jazz Ukulele workshop, you will play some great jazz standards using easy home position chords or stretch yourself to play some jazz chords up the dusty end! Learn the jazz 'comping' technique for strumming. Repertoire includes Exactly Like You, Ain't Misbehavin' and perhaps a mystery song!The Wild Women of Anywhere Beach are well known for their excellent ukulele workshops and high-quality handout materials! This workshop will lead you gently into the world of Jazz.
This workshop will suit all levels of player as you can choose to play chord shapes you are very familiar with or bravely launch up the neck of your instrument!
