Mike Nock Quartet
We're delighted to present - at very short notice - one last show for the Mike Nock Quartet - Mike with Ben Lerner, Nick Jansen and George Greenhill.
For two years these young cats have been working with Mike once a week, learning old tunes and new, finding their own ways to perform Mike's catalogue. They have performed only a few gigs in that time, and Mike really thought they had played together for the last time. Having recently spent two days in the studio recording the results of their collaboration, this week they will play two full sets, your only chance to hear this work live before you listen to the album in six months or so..
$30/$15, and BYO food and drink. Doors from 7.30pm, music from 8pm!
