*This event is now sold out, tickets are still available, through trybooking, for OE Session, 12 August 2024*The NEVR regional workforce is pleased to offer the 2024 NAPLAN Roadshow. The content and focus of the workshops have been refined in response to feedback and the needs of schools, with opportunities for participants to build upon learning undertaken in 2023, while also supporting new participants. We will offer participants an overview of the mechanics of NAPLAN, showing how student performance leads to each possible NAPLAN proficiency result, and relating this to the achievement of individual students. You will be guided through a data story to diagnose specific areas for improvement and clear actions to take in response. Working through your school’s data story, you will be supported to familiarise themselves with the NAPLAN reports available through the VCAA data service, Panorama and SSSR and refine their skills to use these reports to identify areas for investigation.
