About

Come along and join us for a welcoming morning tea and learn more about dementia, its progression and management strategies.  We will discuss dementia signs and symptoms, identify preventive measures and learn what is in your control. You will also hear from guest speakers about diet, social connection and more.  
The event includes an optional movement, music and dance session. Everyone and all ages are welcome to participate.
