there are opposing forces at work - like quick-fix convenience products that
offer little to no nutrition, and the burden of work/commitments that can make
cooking and eating merely a formality.

About Jonathan Symonds
A Bondi local, Jonathan grew up with a keen fascination for food. Starting with
eating, and then moving to the pursuit of a career in cookery. Travels around
the world and meeting new cultures informed the communal aspect of eating
that now drives his food philosophy. Jonathan uses his love of food as a
means for establishing connections, introducing mindfulness and promoting a
new relationship with food.
