Tweed Landcare members are invited to attend a Special General Meeting (AGM) of Tweed Landcare Inc.
Business of the meeting
Tweed Landcare is holding a Special General Meeting to change the Constitution in order to gain Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Endorsement from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
The purpose of the Meeting is to consider, and if thought fit to adopt, the following motions to change the Constitution and to open a Gift Fund for donations to be lodged.
