About
This registration form is for families who wish to enrol their children into the future Lake Bolac Childcare Centre for long day care, before and/or after kindergarten care, before and/or after school care, and school holiday programs.The registrations will enable the childcare provider, who are to be confirmed, to begin planning how the service would operate to best meet the education and care needs of the children, and to begin developing the workforce that will be necessary to deliver the services. The Centre aims to open in late 2025. This timeframe is subject to planning and service approvals.
All information submitted via this form and the registration fee will be provided to the childcare provider, once confirmed, who will follow up with registrants with further information and enrolment details as planning for the new childcare centre progresses.
The Lake Bolac Childcare Centre initiative is supported by the Ararat Rural City Council.
A minimum number of registrations are needed to ensure the Lake Bolac Childcare Centre can be viable. If your family requires childcare in Lake Bolac from late 2025 onwards, please register as soon as possible.
