The webinar will focus on the specific issues (and cases you can look up and read for yourself) on certification, agreeing to fitness for purpose and other issues in contract, overpromising and under resourcing for projects as well as client budgets and building costs. Felicity then gives you some practical strategies on how to protect your practice and say “No” when needed.
