Join us for another long Sunday lunch at The Walrus.

Dan and Kris will be taking over the whole venue for one afternoon only with a Thai banquet and spectacular one off cocktail menu.

Fresh from a visit back to his birthplace of Thailand, Dan has returned full of ideas. He staged at some amazing venues whilst there and couldn’t wait to come back and cook for the people of St Kilda. You may also know Dan from his esteemed career in some of Melbourne’s most loved restaurants and bars. We can expect some unexpected traditional dishes alongside some classics.

You may know Kristian’s name from the many pieces of his artwork that adorn the walls of The Walrus, or from his long career as Melbourne’s Most Creative Bartender (officially trademarked by Amy). If you’ve dined out in Melbourne it’s very likely that you’ve enjoyed one of Kris’ cocktails without ever seeing the elusive man himself. Not only will we have the pleasure of trying his one-day-only cocktails (and non-alc cocktails) at this event, we’ll also have the pleasure of having them made for us by the man himself!

There is a set menu for $65 a head, bookings are essential. Drinks will be available to purchase on the day, as you please. It’s a long lunch, and runs from 1pm-4pm.
