Working as a whole school community to support your child to thrive is paramount. This session will benefit both parents of neurodivergent students and those with neurotypical children. This presentation will include information regarding how you can work alongside your education team to help your teen maxamine their school life, using a common language. The session will cover the following topics:
Respectful boundaries
Safe risk tasking
Emotional regulation
Stress management
Understanding neurodivergence in your school (ADHD and Autism)
Please come along and help us as a school community best support your child to flourish. You are welcome to bring your questions related to the above topics for a Q&A session after the presentation. This session is a parents only session and is not suitable for students to attend. The session will run for 60 minutes, with 30 minutes allocated for questions.
